“This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did……

“House was nice and spacious. Great location. Giorgia, the property manager was absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions, made shuttle arrangements, was very attentive, responded very quickly. So pleasant to work with. Matteo gave us great recommendations, especially for the cenota. We had a great stay.”

“This property is in a great location, just off 5th Ave, and is in a somewhat quieter area than that south of Constitution, while being a comfortable walk to that area. Additionally, it is within a 10-15 minute walk to the beaches off Calle 72 and 88. The unit itself is well apportioned with a washer/dryer which is a luxury when staying more than a week or so, which I have done twice, 3 and 4 weeks respectively. Are, the property manager is responsive to your needs, for example a ceiling fan……

“The property was as advertised. Communication was excellent. Loved the location especially being within a gated community and a short 15 minute walk to town. The resort was clean, staff was friendly and the studio was clean. Appreciated the plate of fruit. Highly recommend and hopefully there is an opportunity to come back!! Really enjoyed our time. ”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
