“This has been a lovely, value-for-money stay at a very convenient location in the heart of Playa del Carmen. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and having them at the gated entrance 24 hour round was a great tick in the piece of mind box. “The home was very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach via the Reef hotel was busy as Oscar promised, but the side access worked well!We had one day where the running water wasn't working. Oscar explained that this is because there's a tank shared by the whole building and if the building is really full sometimes it runs out before the staff can re-fill it.”
