“A very good place to stay for your trip to Isla! Very walkable distance from shipping and a lot of dining options. You can rent a golf cart directly from the front desk as well. The only thing to be mindful of is that they don’t have any beach chairs so you will have to pay to sit on the beach on average about $25USD a person which includes food (to a specific limit) then you pay the difference if there is one. “We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kiin. The hotel is right next to Playa Norte and you can walk to many restaurants in the area. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing as well. We stayed in the Honeymoon bungalow and had an ocean view. We will definitely stay again when we visit Isla Mujeres!”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”
