“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“We just came back from a 4 night stay. Really nice resort with cute walking paths and bridges set in a rainforest. Room was a good size with balcony. Pool was large and plenty of chairs. Beach had tons of seaweed, they clean it but it just keeps accumulating. Water is full of it. Food was fine, Italian rest was really good, breakfast and lunch buffet was alright, Mexican restaurant was awful. Night entertainment was ok. One night was Broadway show, that was amazing! Other nights were just……
