“Loved Sandos Caracoal Eco Resort. Staff was nice. Lots of options and loved all the nature, animals and options ON site for adventures! Loved swimming in the cenote . Not the best beach for swimming but the property makes up for it. The app was a little fickle, but a really cool feature to book reservations day of for dinner and communicate needs to service desk. Anytime we had an issue in the room (blow dryer didn’t work and safe had low battery) they fixed things really fast! The……
