“We had a fantastic honeymoon at Grand Palladium Vallarta. The staff was great, food was fantastic and the beach was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come here again. Extra shoutout to Antonio and Manuel at the beach bar Fizz. Great guys.”

“The hospitality at Grand Velas was amazing. They make you feel special and like family. It was an amazing trip!”

“The property is great. The areas to improve are primarily the kids club (paperwork was tedious and i filled out the same form 4 times and the staff was not good and english seemed like a challenge for them). The Italian restaurant's service was also very poor compared to Frida. The aztec show could use someone who explains whats going on like the top Hawaiian laui's (so many people walked out).”

“We did not have a good experience about our check-in services ! I had booked an ocean view room but it was not even a partial view. The process to change our room turned into a very unpleasant experience ! Long story short, we almost were going to call the Tourist Police to resolve the issue ! ”

“Great resort for families with great beach, clean pools, kiddies area, lots of loungers, variety of restaurants. The buffet was particularly good in variety and quality. Shout out to breakfast gal Vicenta.”
