“Es un hotel muy bonito, está limpio, tiene estacionamiento; el personal es muy amable. En la habitación que nos hospedamos tenia cocineta con todo lo necesario. Tiene balcón, aire acondicionado, televisión, wifi. Rentamos un carrito de golf en el mismo hotel que nos sirvió para visitar el pueblo y las playas cercanas. En general, fue una gran experiencia; sin duda regresaría y lo recomiendo ampliamente. ”

“This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked……

“The location and cleanliness were excellent. The buffet always had fabulous options, and the staff in the restaurant were amazing. The gym is excellent. However, the heaviest DB is 25kg. Rooms were modern yet comfortable and large. The front desk staff were friendly. The published policies are not inclusive. New rules are created depending on who is working. For example, there isn’t any music around most of the resort. It’s very quiet. The policy says you can play music if it doesn’t……

“I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family, but I’d also mention the pros and cons we had during our stay. One downside was that when we arrived, we didn’t know that the main pool was under construction. A lot of people we talked to were also unaware. The Michael Jackson show wasn’t really kid-friendly, even though they kept telling us it was family-oriented. The daily activities were all over the place and hard to keep up with because we weren’t told where they were. On the……
