“I loved the staff. They all are amazing. I can't remember everyones name. But Ramon at the mexican restaurant was amazing taking care of my mother in law bday celebration. Also, chef Fabiola, Ale at the pool section!! Amazing service. The food and drinks were amazing. I think the resort needs to update their rooms. They look and feel old. I didn't like that my girlfriend wanted her mothers room to be decorated for her 80 bday. And when she asked for that service 3X she was todl ton speak to……

“Beach is great, and food has a good taste. A challenge for us is that we were assigned in Tonina Building which unfortunately it is quite outdated and in high need of renovation. Other not so good surprise is that, even though the option of All Inclusive is chosen, the hotel adds extra charge for using the gym. ”

“I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family, but I’d also mention the pros and cons we had during our stay. One downside was that when we arrived, we didn’t know that the main pool was under construction. A lot of people we talked to were also unaware. The Michael Jackson show wasn’t really kid-friendly, even though they kept telling us it was family-oriented.
