“WOW! What a beautiful hotel. We booked a romantic getaway and were very pleased with the excellent care and service from the entire staff. The restaurant was phenomenal, clean, and had a great vibe with ocean views. Steps lead right to the beach. Top mentions are for Andy, Orchidea and Jacqueline. “We had an amazing stay at Orchid House. Staff were super accommodating and always helpful. Being the low season we were one of the few guests there and honestly I can’t understand why more people weren’t there. Despite the seaweed we had a great time, instead of the ocean we visited cenotes and the pools at the sister properties. Absolutely perfect stay! ”
