“The property was absolutely beautiful. once you arrive you feel so welcomed and right at home. the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond for me. everything about this resort is amazing. they have lots of entertainment and shows and the restaurants are amazing as well. if you’re looking for an amazing all inclusive this is your winner right here!”

“The resort itself is beautiful and very family friendly. I traveled with two small children (ages 3 and 5), and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained. However, I do want to note an issue we experienced with dinner reservations. We arranged our reservations through a staff member named Natalia (with tattoos and both arms), who confirmed that our dinners were booked for three consecutive nights. Since my husband was only in the country for those three nights, these reservations……

“Beautiful property, secluded, great pools and restaurants, friendly staff. Good location to be able to visit Mayan ruins. The only downside is a relatively small beach. Bikes are available to ride around the property. We never had to wait for anything (spa reservation, tennis reservation, restaurant, etc)”

“This stay was to celebrate our 21 year anniversary. This was our first big trip out of the State/ International and it was the best experience. I am not sure how next years vacation will live up to this trip. It was the best relaxing but exciting fullfilling times we have ever had. The service was incredible they made you feel like you were the president or someone very important from the bellmen to the cafe shop everywhere you felt wanted to be there and everyone had such good attitudes. “Property is beautiful and conveniently laid out. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. Great gym. Would have liked more dining options and pricing is somewhat excessive especially for food and drinks at the pool. Definitely recommend Casa Abuela. The staff was super efficient and could not have been nicer.”
