“Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. “This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“We’ve been here a few times and oh wow has it changed. Pros: We love the lazy river. It’s amazing. Food has significantly increased in quality over the last time. Lobby has gone through a complete refresh, some of the rooms look slightly updated. Cons: AC in our room just wouldn’t get cold. We had a travel fan which saved our lives but no matter how many times we called, no one ever showed up to fix it or even to give us feedback that they tried.
