“The property is located in a national park within walking distance of Tulum ruins. Felt very safe. It is a bit costly to stay within the park. Many fees for the park and ruins. There are electric carts that run between the entrance, Tulum ruins, beaches and the museum that are very convenient. The front desk staff were fantastic! Food was great and the rooms are unique. Stucco inside and thatch roof made it feel like we were in a hut..glad it didn't rain! Some rooms have showers and toilet……

“Unique Experience. Beautiful grounds your Villa steps out to the stand then steps to the beach. This is a fisherman’s dream, fishing boats are lined up in the beach water to go out for a fee. “This is an amazing place. The hotel is inside Del Jaguar Parque Tulum. You need to go through the park gate when you come to the hotel. It’s 120 pesos every time you leave and come back during park hours. After park hours, you can keep your wristband.
