“The staff was extremely accommodating and happy to do so, I had a wonderful time at their bar and beautiful hotel area”

“Great property and price. I loved the fact that they had a family pool and adults-only pool. My daughter was about to have as much fun as she wanted, and the adult side seemed really nice! Small detail, but I stayed for 7 days and they didn't automatically refill the coffee station every day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“WOW! What a beautiful hotel. We booked a romantic getaway and were very pleased with the excellent care and service from the entire staff. The restaurant was phenomenal, clean, and had a great vibe with ocean views. Steps lead right to the beach. Top mentions are for Andy, Orchidea and Jacqueline. Their services and recommendations for local places to eat and visit were TOP notch! Our only complaint (very minor) is that the hotel is inside a national park which means you need 2 bracelets at……

“Loved the time we spent here. The reviews complain about the highway and it being loud. The whole time we were there it was quiet and peaceful. The food and drinks were delicious. The massages at the spa were very relaxing. All in all we will be definitely returning back!!! Perfect way to spend our honeymoon!”

“Right on the beach, great service upon check in and out. The bar was "closed?" at 5:30pm. Great AC and mostly private patio, cute trails and beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable room, no tv but didn't miss it. French toast was incredible for breakfast. Lots of available beds on the beach area. Cool water available from the front if you run out. ”

“We loved staying at Aloft Tulum. Great hotel, wonderful, rooftop pool, and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. I would not recommend setting up your airport shuttle through them though. They didn’t show up for our ride to come home and we had to call a taxi at 4 AM. ”
