“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“This was my boyfriend and I’s first time in Mexico and we couldn’t recommend Grand Sirenis enough. Our room (ocean view) and the resort, were always clean. The spa was lovely (we actually got a free 1hr hydrotherapy session from booking with Expedia, which was so relaxing) and, the food and restaurants were great (our favourites were Pueblito Lindo, Butchers and Oishii Teppanyaki). “Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. ”
