“The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,……

“Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. ”

“Worst condition ever of a vacation home. It was absolutely the worst hotels.com experience ever. Just to list a few reasons: Most fans in bed-rooms not working (not ideal in warm Mexico) AC in a few rooms not working. No hot water in any bathrooms. Kitchen equipped for 4 people despite we had 10 on the reservation. Bedding for 6 people despite 10 on the reservation. Ceiling light not working in kitchen, living- and dining room. We sat in dark for 4 evenings! We moved around other light but……

“My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water……

“Excellent séjour en famille. Nous recherchions un appartement au calme et c'était parfait. Piscine à 4 mn à pieds ou nous étions seuls. Cette résidence se situe dans un domaine de golf mais donnd accès aux piscine plage et structure des hôtel Bahia Principe. Nous y sommes donc allé pour voir, et la on a pas regretté notre choix. Piscines aux mille transats occupés plage bondée et musique à fond. Bref tout ce qu'on déteste..On nous a offert un buffet petit déjeuner pour participer à une offre……
