“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Our stay was wonderful. We loved being on the beach and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The condo was very clean and well kept. Management was attentive to our needs. We checked in late. Being on the 3rd floor, we had a hard time finding the stairs up there, but neighbors and another late night check-in helped us find it. We loved the proximity to La Buena Vida Restaurant. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues!
