“Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. ”

“Villas De Rosa was a perfect resort for our family of four (two kids, 7 and 10). It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food (room service) at the resort was the best in the area, reasonably priced, prompt and delicious. We ended up eating all of our meals there. Tony and Samantha were kind and responsive to all of our needs. The beach and pool were all we needed. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered but the AC worked perfectly (bedroom only) and we asked for……
