“This was my boyfriend and I’s first time in Mexico and we couldn’t recommend Grand Sirenis enough. Our room (ocean view) and the resort, were always clean. The spa was lovely (we actually got a free 1hr hydrotherapy session from booking with Expedia, which was so relaxing) and, the food and restaurants were great (our favourites were Pueblito Lindo, Butchers and Oishii Teppanyaki). “The property is so beautiful and clean. We were greeted with refreshing tasteful drinks. Alexander, the concierge, was so knowledgeable and gave great insights about the resort. Our room was directly across from the ocean and that made the views even more illuminating. The live bands at night was entertaining. The service and staff were very friendly and thoughtful. “We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and comfortable. A few issues to identify- it was confusing to find out where to check in as this was a separate entity from Grand Bahia Principe. Some of the security guards didn’t know where to send us. One other issue was the little plunge pool was very cold and wasn’t really usable. Some great things to mention- couch and kitchen were a great place to relax.
