“Next to Pune Train Station, so a little chaos around. But the hotel itself is good, all staff are very helpful and speaks flunet English. “The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management. ”
