“We enjoyed our visit to Gainesville and staying at this cute VRBO. We were missing some necessities, and the admin was very responsive to take care of them. The place was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked. “The property is in a good location, could use some updating inside and out, Major plus It was clean, the 4th bedroom did not have a bed it was more of a futon/pullout. it worked out ok for us but it would not for a couple.It needs a full-size or maybe twin bunk bed. The big downside is that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. which was pretty rough for us 55 with bad knees, and there is NO Hot tub anywhere on site. “This condo was in the perfect location for an easy walk to and from UF campus. Response from the property manager was excellent, timely, and offered assistance when needed. Nightly rate was phenomenal in comparison to other lodging around and I would book this condo again in a heartbeat over everything else in the area!”
