“I rented this property because I wanted to be close to Shoreline Drive. It's a great location - easy to get around by car or on foot.The unit is one of three in the building, which wasn't entirely clear in the listing. The other two units are apartments.The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated and it's clear that the whole house has had a once-over, but it does look, feel, and smell like an old house. Nothing wrong with it - it doesn't smell bad, just to be clear - just old. Light……

“I really enjoyed staying at this apartment while in Long Beach - the space was very clean, the kitchen had ample cookware and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, right next to the bus stop and close to a large grocery store. The host was very accommodating with the check-in time and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!The only thing worth noting is that you can hear everything that happens right outside the apartment and the apartment complex is quite active during……

“This property was good for what we needed. If you want to be in/near downtown LBC and/or the beach the location is perfect.The size of the unit is great for 4-6 people. Off-street parking is good to have. The unit was clean and functional.For the size and location we thought it was a good value and would stay again.”
