“The residences are large units suitable for long stays. Having kitchen and laundry in the unit made it very convenient. Staff was very helpful in arranging airport drop off and pharmacy delivery. ”

If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management. ”
