He offered to drive a few of us over to a nearby restaurant for dinner after we checked in and he came back to pick us up afterwards. Comfortable room. Good breakfast in the morning. “When we arrived late at night after a long flight we were met at the door by a man that told us the hotel was closed for renovations. What a shock to find out you don't have a hotel rooom in the middle of high season. He said someone should have called us to let us know. We did not get that call.
