“This was our second stay at this home and we love the place! I really do not like Vacasa. They only have a robot to communicate with that never solves anything. Just repeats itself! There were no coffee filters so I went and bought some for 6,50 and the robot tells me they don’t offer filters! Of course they do!! as it’s part of the coffee machine and I should be refunded for that. And I left them the filters for future guests. Also I like to have until 11am to leave. Vacasa refused to grant me……

“The most amazing home. We arrived after dark which was a little tough. Not far past Mendocino quick trip to town. The pictures do not come close to what you walk into. Heavenly! “We stayed as a group of 8 adults and had a great stay! The property was very well maintained and had a gorgeous view from the deck. Kitchen was huge and had everything we could think of, which was great for cooking large meals. The host was friendly and very responsive/easy to get ahold of, which made everything very smooth. A few upgrades to the bedrooms and bathrooms (new mattresses, bidets in all 3 bathrooms because of the septic system) would be nice, but it didn’t detract from our……
