“It’s not really a 4 star hotel, room and amenities not reach standard. Not much offer other than the pool. Breakfast just standard and it’s very inconvenience without a car. Front desk is not friendly and provide information. The positive is room with large balcony and close the small beach. It’s not worth for stay”

“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……

“We had a great time! The staff were helpful on email and arranged our airport transfer prior to arriving. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and even let us check in earlier. Throughout our week, anything we needed, the staff were at hand. Day trips into Albufeira and Vilamoura cost only €2 per person and were super easy to organise with the team.
