“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. “The hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. However, the hallway leading to the room had a very strong sewage smell, which was odd. “Overall nice stay but expected more. Pain points: the service (activities, animation and a feeling of under staffed situation), kids club (and although interns put their heart into it), long lines waiting for everything especially the bar, restaurant buffet: the bar is low for most of the days.
