“Really beautiful renovation of the hotel. Brilliant reception and spa staff. The waiting staff at both the pool and restaurant was a big let down unfortunately. Understandably, the hotel is in its “soft launch” phase but breakfast time was woeful. Took too long to get orders taken for drinks, then even longer to receive a coffee - often received after we’d finished eating.
