“This hotel is the finest we have ever stayed at. The convent facility was historic and beyond description for quiet and relaxation. The spa was clean and full featured. My wife received a facial. Above all the staff was polite and professional. Five star dining and we joined wine tasting as well. Evora is a wonderful place to visit.”

“Very nice recent room, great view on the pool and mountains - in a remote area. The small spa section is nice, but jacuzzi still out of service. Breakfast varied depending on number of guests staying, but was good both days. Very friendly staff. Gym equipment very minimal. Would stay again”

“飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。”

“The breakfast with the view on Evora city, the large choice of fresh and local foods on the buffet was extraordinary. Kind and supportive staff. To improve, the water flow was low especially during the morning shower, but I guess it's linked to environmental constraints/requirements. Definitely I will com back.
