“We loved the place, quiet, clean and the owners were very nice to us. We stayed only one night. The next morning the lady gave us breakfast and we went our way to La Fortuna. We were able to have a fire pit at night it was very cool.”

“We stayed here for only two nights for my birthday, as we wanted to splurge a bit. This is a gorgeous, very well manicured 5-star resort. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a higher level room for my birthday, so that front desk staff knew how to make an impression. The room was crazy amazing fabulous. Look at their website pics as they are very accurate. Expedia includes two tours when booking, so we got a fabulous night frog tour, and a half-day personalized tour of their wildlife……

“I would have liked a clean pool. I suggest that tou have a book with instructions on what to do regarding the washing machine, garbage, etc. More pots and pans so you can cook and not have to eat out everyday. Other wise it was nice. ”

“Jorge and family are very gracious hosts. I booked this place partly because I wanted to support family run business. As expected: the lodges are rather rustic: good plumbing - meaning toilet flushed fine, and shower runs, albeit I couldn't figure out how to get hot water out. “Everyone here is really helpful, kind and generous! The price would be great for just the room, but they also included breakfast and a ride to the airport. At the restaurant, I had a shrimp and pork dish which was really good, and I especially liked the red mojito, which has red wine so it compliments a lot of dishes!”
