“This is a magical stay and we can’t say enough about how much we loved being at the Monkey Tree house. We walked down to the river and went for a swim, saw howler monkeys, strawberry poison dart frogs, and had a relaxing afternoon. Alondra and the team served us amazing breakfasts in the morning and took time to chat. Rae gave us good advice on what to do with one of our kids being sick. “The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and finely decorated. One can definitely have a good night rest considering the quietness of the area and the comfortable beds. “Hard to get to but it was worth it. Best view ever of Arenal volcano. Beautiful surroundings. Ten minutes from the hanging bridges. They send you to a gorgeous view restaurant for breakfast. Air conditioning was great. Comfortable bed with view of Arenal. They even have a jacuzzi hot tub in the room. Private patio with bistro to have a glass of wine while enjoying the mountain and gorgeous surroundings. Price was under $100. Coffee in room. Fridge, microwave and kitchen to cook if need be.
