“Unique place to stay, sensational uninterrupted views over Lake Arenal. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys in the trees outside and sit on your deck in the evening watching flocks of parrots. “Beautiful lush tropical grounds. Kids loved the pool, hot tubs and easy walk to the rope swing. In a quiet area away from town, but a bit far if you don't have a car. Sometimes it felt like we were the only guests there. Good value, especially with breakfast included.”

“酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。”

“The grounds were absolutely beautiful. There were so many choices for swimming. We had the private thermal pool which was amazinig after a long hike or early in the morning to help wake up. The rooms are not huge but were big enough for a couple. The breakfast buffet was well staffed with lots of food choices. Will stay again!!”
