“We spent two nights in Ficus. Notable- The young lady working the front desk with long, dark hair and the wait staff in the restaurant at night. Both were super friendly and went out of their way to be fun and welcoming! Room- very clean and all the things worked well! Breakfast buffet- Excellent! Other food was good...except the pizza. A bit undercooked. Stick with local cuisine. The area is very hilly- expect to walk up hills. Shopping is a bit a way from everything. Tours- a very limited……

“這次我訂了一個沒浴室及廁所的房間，房間整潔，床也很舒服，唯一問題是通風不好，但因為在山區比較清涼所以可以接受，酒店的大堂有全日咖啡供應，同時服務人員亦會為你解答所有有關附近的旅遊資訊，他們態度友善。早餐有兩種選擇，一是水果乳酪及多士，另一我忘了是什麼，反正味道不太差。 不知道是碰巧定長期問題，我住的期間wifi接收不太好要在接待處用taco taco的。”

“The breakfast was really nice. They had pancakes, orange juice, eggs, toast and different kinds of fruit! They made it there so it was fresh. The reception clerk was really nice and help me book transportation to the monteverde cloud forest! She also called to see if they have any guided tours and what time! I really appreciate it. I was on the second floor it was nice in the evening to look at the sunset from the balcony! Room was basic but clean. I enjoyed my stay there. Area seem safe.”
