“Despite a mixup of pictures and room descriptions the manager of the hotel honored the reservation. We were able to sort this out so others would not have the problem. The view is outstanding and the staff really wants your visit to be enjoyable.”

The multiple pools were great, nice to be able to move around to different ones with different temperatures. I liked the location of the resort, easy access to all the activities. ”

“We loved the gardens and jungle trail around the hotel. Birds paradise. In addition to a regular pool, hot springs pools were very convenient too. The shower is a bit dated but overall clean and served its purpose. The breakfast was filling and tasty: scrambled eggs, white bread, cheese, rice and beans, sauteed veggies, fruits, yogurt, cereal, coffee. The personnel was polite and patient with all our questions. The view of volcano adds to the overall great impression. ”
