“All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. The standouts for our trip were Anthony (front desk) as well as Carlos and Christopher (our servers at breakfast). We were enjoying a soak in one of the hot springs and a sloth with a baby came down from the tree next to……

“This location is fairly new in an up and coming location near La Fortuna center. The facility was great. Very spacious for a family of four (parents and two teenagers). The staff was awesome. Helped set up an itinerary and have everything taken care of for us. Of the 5 days of events, 3 of them provided transportation directly from Bauma to the location. They did offer full transportation but we wanted to explore. UBER is illegal there, but you can use it. You just have to have someone……

“This was our favorite spot that we stayed in Costa Rica and we all wish that we stayed longer. We loved our little cabinita and it was perfect for the 5 of us. The blooming plants along with the walkway was beautiful. The bar was an extra bonus that we really enjoyed - so nice that it was right there on the property. The AC worked great too! Of course it was very nice to relax in the jacuzzi after a long day of travel.”

“酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。”

“Most of the Sangregado Casitas face the Arenal Volcano. The rooms and bathrooms have a beautiful view into the jungle/Arenal. The rooms are small but very clean. Note: there is no closet or clothing rack so you have to live out of your suitcase. The free breakfast is not on-site, but a short drive away. There is coffee service in the room. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful.”
