“Triple room was lovely, bright and spacious. It was a shame the floor obviously hadn't been swept because cleanliness is really important as a first impression. Clean white bed linen and fabulous swan sculpted towels were very nice. Bay window was enormous with amazing views so it was disappointing that one of the two window chairs was broken and and not replaced when reported. However, staff were friendly, attentive and communicated well, which really made the stay feel comfortable. Would stay……
