“Clean and friendly staff”

“Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten……

“Wow! This resort was incredible. Right from the moment we walk in we were asked if we'd like tea, coffee or water. The room was stunning and spacious and had a little balcony. The rooftop patio was beautiful and amazing as well. The view from the rooftop was of the castle also. Everything was fantastic ”

“We could not fault the hotel, the room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Clara for her excellent restaurant recommendations, and for providing the additional armchair in our room. A great stay, thank you.”

“The hotel is very centrally located and check in was easy. I checked in after hours (the front desk is only open for certain hours) so plan ahead of time and it’s stress free. The directions they provide are very straight forward and accurate. The room had huge windows and internal shutters that blocked out light and helped to block out some of the street noise. As this is a very central location do expect some noise. We happened to be there when the entire city was celebrating a holiday near……

“Lovely staff who were extremely helpful with any questions we had. Good breakfast buffet and excellent location with great views from the room/terrace. Hotel room was a good size for 3 and was very clean. ”

“Supert opphold på hotellet! Spurde dei ansatte om masse, og fikk veldig god hjelp! Hotellet var reint og fint. Det einaste minuset, var at frukosten ikkje var på topp. Litt lite utvalg av pålegg osv. MEN eg fekk gode glutenfrie baguetter, ettersom at eg har Cøliaki. Eg spurde berre personellet med frukosten og dei varma dei opp til meg. Alt i alt veldig fornøgd med hotellet. ”
