“Upon check-in the reception team was really kind and helpful. Overall, throughout my stay the reception was always very smiley and happy to help which was lovely. I found the room delightfully spacious and the bed comfortable; it’s on the harder side but I don’t like soft beds. The AC was strong enough to make the room a comfortable temperature.
