“I booked two beds room but got a room with only one bed. The staff said that they didn’t get this information from Expedia. And our room’s next to the exit door, not feel very safe. The restaurant of the hotel’s good and not that expensive.”

“Our family of 5 had a very nice stay at this hotel. The AC was nice and strong in the rooms and the buffet breakfast was a bonus. The young lady that works at the front desk in the mornings (Apr 29 and Apr 30th), didn't get her name and wish i did was super helpful and nice. My hands were full from helping my kids grab the breakfast and i needed to open the door that leads back to the rooms and she right away went to grab the door for me. Very alert! She was always smiling and she has amazing……

“My stay at Kona Islander Inn has been nice, and it's ongoing .. I had to switch condo units yesterday because the first one was prebooked. The community is in a perfect location to most activities in Kona, and the shops are close by for groceries. There's a nice pool area, a welcoming lounge, and laundry facilities. Paradise everyday! ”
