“This property has absoutely stunning views from above Grand Lake and the surrounding mountains. We stayed in a Jupe with a lake view (one of four jupes) and thought it was outstanding. The entire property, including our Jupe and the two portable restrooms for the Jupe guests, was very clean. The evening we stayed the temperature got down into the mid-40's but we were nice and toasty in the Jupe. The bed had an electric blanket (along with ample regular blankets) and we actually had to lower the……

“This place was perfect for our family of 4 and our 3 dogs! The location is great and the property quiet. Nice fire pit, but due to stage 1 fire ban we did not use (we always come prepared with our portable gas pit just in case). Plenty of room for everyone and very clean. Will definitely stay again in the future when traveling with the dogs!”

“Madge’s studio was very clean and welcoming with plenty of supplies and toys for the dogs. The location was great as it allowed easy access to many different hiking locations in the area. Great communication and great host overall. ”

“We needed one night lodging en route to RMNP and this location was very convenient. Hotel size room sufficient for two adults. King size bed was very comfortable and toiletries teas coffee were available. A patio door allows direct access to outdoor setting area overlooking small water feature with fountain. Check in main lobby at center of the large complex on north side of building …we drove all the way around the parking lot before locating front desk to check in. ”
