“My Mom, Sister, Daughter, Niece and I spent a wonderful weekend here for Mother’s Day. We loved the location. As the listing says, there is noise from the trains, but earplugs were provided and it didn’t stop any of us from sleeping well. We enjoyed walking all over Alma to see the sights, enjoy the river, and local dining. Great little historical town, tons of character and charm, and friendly businesses. “We love our trips to the Wabasha area but, have struggled to find a peaceful, relaxing and quiet atmosphere with all the amenities of home; until now! What a gem of a loft! So impressed with this property; we will be booking again for our next stay. The location is absolutely perfect 🙌 so much within a comfortable walking distance. If you love quiet when you wish to retire for the day; you will so enjoy this place! Only thing I would suggest is to grab a bag of ice for your beverages 👍 Super……

“Property is in a beautiful historical building located within walking distance of many downtown establishments. Also took advantage of the bike trails in the area. Enjoyed the full kitchen stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Only suggestion might be to upgrade with more comfortable funiture in the living room area. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay! ”

“My large group of friends and I all went to college at Winona and wanted to revisit. We found Port 19 and knew it would be perfect. The location is amazing we were able to walk to a lot of the local bars on nights out and had the backyard space for bags and grilling out. Julie the host is truly amazing and made our stay a 100/10 with her hospitality. We will most definitely be visiting again on our next group trip down to Winona. “Cool property at the boat landing, trail, and marina and still a nice and easy walk into downtown. We might have to come back with our boat in tow! The place is well furnished, clean, and up-to-date with nice spaces inside and out.”

"Staying at the Alexander Mansion felt like stepping back in time to an era of elegance and warmth. Every piece of furniture and every lamp tells a story—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the 80-something host, a former chef, who graciously prepared a beautiful and heartfelt breakfast ceremony for us. His kindness and attention to detail gave our journey a sense of home and heartfelt care. Thank you for not only providing a charming place to stay, but for making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cherished. This will remain one of the warmest memories of my travels.
