“The hotel sits comfortably within the original design of the Zona Romántica. It might not be the most modern, and the lack of a lift might be of issue to some with mobility issues, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. “staff always amazing”

“This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often.
