“Upgraded to an ocean view room. The view is amazing. It’s one of the prime locations But it needs some renovation the wall ac barely works Remote control faded can’t read the directions lol Bedding is not too bad but an upgrade is necessary Furnitures outdated mixed and match. There’s a narrow gap between the toilet and the wall, it’s difficult to squeeze in the gap to get in the shower Dispirited things mention above I still highly recommended and will stay there again. Friendly staff super……

“Great beach view room on 8th floor. Just wonderful, sounds of the beach day and night. Room was nice. Double check for fridge, check out iron with housekeeping, no microwave. Property lobby, pool, bar is amazing and beautiful. Will certainly visit again. ”

“Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……

“Great newest hotel , stayed 3 times and booked for the future ! While not at the beach , but great food qnd rooftop / courtyard parties and entertainment ! The nicest and friendliest staff in Vallarta , without the hypocrisy of other tourist trap efforts ! 5 stars all the way ”
