“Surprisingly good food and drinks for an all-inclusive hotel. Enjoyable service - no one tried to oversell you various other packages, etc., but provided enough to understand the available options. The only small thing to complain about is the shower drainage, which was extremely bad. Luckily, they had a lot of room for extra water, so it didn't flow over to the rest of the toilet/room. Would definitely recommend and come back again. ”

“Bien en general, todos fueron muy amables, tuvimos una pequeña situación de limpieza a nuestra llegada pero la solucionaron de inmediato. La alberca es grande y climatizada. La comida es rica, el hotel está dividido en dos, para algunas habitaciones tienes que cruzar la calle para llegar a la playa, pero no te pierdes de nada, el área de playa es muy pequeña y la alberca de ahí es mucho más pequeña.”

“The rooms were really clean and the decor was nice and beds were comfortable. The rooms in the property were exactly what we expected for a mid range hotel. Staff were all very nice. Martin was helpful in setting up a timeshare presentation that we enjoyed. The elevator could use a little work. ”

“Desde que llegas todo el personal muy amable, las habitaciones de buen tamaño y las camas muy comodas, las albercas muy limpias y el agua calentita,tienes la ventaja que puedes ir a caminar y comprar en las instalaciones del Vidanta que esta muy bonito, solo que los restaurantes son un poco caros,pero en sus alrededores encuentras varios restaurantes a precios razonables. La playa esta muy agusto.”
