“We love this resort so much. A lots of good restaurant options such as French, Italian, Seafoods, buffets and etc. It’s good that we were able to use both the Secret and Dream facilities when we stayed at Secret. Too bad we were able to use the main pool for a couple days before they shut it down for renovations during our stay. The main pool over Secret is the best. All staffs were super friendly and they made sure we had a great time regardless what we did. The drinks were also awesome.……

“The property managers were top notch...I hate giving this a review because it's so wonderful at Porto 15 that I might be letting the cat out the bag.. gorgeous rooftop pool with a view all the way out to the Ocean . Mix that with the rooftop Jacuzzi and the weather, hey you can't ask for anything better. The place was awesome and you learn your parking spot so everyone works together. Salute Porto 15 a hidden gem..”

“El hotel se encuentra dentro del centro comercial la isla, la zona es muy segura y dentro de la plaza puedes encontrar cualquier cosa que necesites. El personal siempre fue atento y agradable. Las instalaciones en general son limpias y modernas, lo mismo con la habitación que es muy espaciosa, limpia, con todas las amenizadas requeridas y una cama muy cómoda. Unos metros hacia atrás hay playas y en uber o autobús llegas fácilmente a otros lugares, el aeropuerto se encuentra a unos 15 min……

“Everything about this place was amazing from the staff to the food. I’ve stayed at some of the bigger resorts like the Rius in cancun so if that’s what your looking for this isn’t it. Hacienda Buenaventura has more of a personal feel to it. Definitely smaller and older but I think that’s what makes it special and gives it character. Food was amazing and I think it’s because they’re not cooking for thousands of guests each meal so the quality is the best I’ve had at an all inclusive resort. Staff……

“I truly enjoyed every moment I spent at this location. I stayed at La Hacienda which is the adults only part and it was absolutely relaxing. Maribel at the cafe in the front was outstanding. She really took care of us as much as she could and if I ever stay again at La Hacienda is because of her. The whole staff goes above and beyond for everyone. The hotel is also very close to everything. I felt very safe and welcomed here. ”
