“We really enjoyed our stay. Such an ideal location- close to town with lots of good walks/trails nearby. The apartment had everything we needed from kitchen stuff to games. The shared garden was lovey with great views and the apartment was nice and clean. Highly recommend!”

“The cottage was excellent but the stress leading up to the check in was horrendous. I booked this on 21st or 23rd dec and had been asking for check in details of the property all the way up to the date of checkin. I only received the checkin details at 10am on the day of checkin. The cottage was some 6-7 hours drive and my plan was to leave my home very early in the morning to get there before the 4pm entry time. “the check in details were so unclear we couldn't access the property and even now, two weeks after our return the customer support teams , local nor national have not called us despite numerous calls throughout every day of our stay , at various times and during the stated office hours to try to contact them. The lines after us selecting options about the call type just rang out( disconnected)Absolutely unforgiveable. We only managed to get a key from the neighbouring house( where we parked)……

“Not what we expected. Mould was the main issue. Lack of ventilation has led to mould patches in all areas. Strong musty smell in the living room didn’t make for an enjoyable stay. We spent the first two hours cleaning mould off the walls and skirting boards to try and improve the smell. Surprisingly, there was a large patch behind the bed in the main bedroom. A 5 minute walk from the centre of town and lots of restaurants and pubs but far enough away from the centre to be private. Amazing views. “We stayed here with our four 20-something children, their partners and our mothers to celebrate a few birthdays. The house is a great size for our group. Bedrooms very comfortable, bathrooms great and the kitchen a good space. The living room and dining room are also great sizes for large groups. If there was only one downside it would be that the house would benefit from a refreshen-up, but everything worked for us for our stay, and we would stay again!!”
