“The Stone Cottage is absolutely charming. My son and daughter in law both had to work one day, so the basement worked out beautifully. The loft and rooms were all cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped abundantly. The location next to Beacon Cafe was amazing, food was so good. Whitmers General Store with pizza and various entrees was a 3 minute walk down the quaint road. “We stayed the weekend while in town for a wedding. The cottage was clean and fully stocked with treats and other amenities! This was a perfect weekend family getaway as it’s close to Mohican and Malibar Farms. Check in was easy and host was kind and responsive. Would definitely book again! ”

“I took myself, my daughter, my mother, my grandmother, and great Aunt on this ladies getaway. The home is stunning! It was extremely clean and very well stocked (way better than previous homes I’ve stayed in through VRBO). The road is very noisy at nights. Several large trucks/semis can easily be heard when trying to sleep. The only other issue was, we were extecting one of the larger beds to be in the main floor but it was only the full sized bed with a bunk on top. We had two elderly members……

“Everything we needed, ”

“We had a travel JO volleyball tournament in Sherrodsville this property was 10 min away. Super convenient to go to Eastern Ohio Sports Complex! We stayed in early April and they did not have the golf cart out of winter storage yet. But lots of pillows in the upstairs room at the top of the steps.Lots of towels and blankets stored upstairs also! Bring K-cups they had a keurig but they also provided coffee and creamer! Very accommodating. It was not right on the lake but you could see the lake……

“Great quiet location. Back yard was perfect. Fire pit and hot tub right out the back door. Very clean. Comfy beds. Large entertaining space with pool table and big tv. Close to the covered bridge and trails. ”

We were fortunate that you allowed us to bring our pet due to it being the off-season. Otherwise we would’ve been out a lot of money.”
