“Super clean and super cute, this one bedroom is my favorite stay so far and it will be my new regular stay for my Hot Springs trip. The bed was memory foam heaven and the fact the couch lays out into another sleeping place is great. Another thing I loved is it was set up fo dog parents, food bowls, dog bed (my dog actually used the couch when it was laid flat - I brought sheet to go over it - the dog bed was more small/medium size), dog treats and a leash hanger with poop bags by the door. “Had to change rooms. The air conditioner did not work in the first unit. The water in the second unit did not get hot until after the second person took a shower then you couldn’t turn it down to warm. The road noise was a little loud. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Our host responded to our questions very quickly. ”

“Very cozy, clean cabin. It had a kitchen and bathroom, so everything I needed! The outdoor amenities were nice as well, porches and a firepit. Neighborhood was nice and very close to everything, but location was quiet and out of the busy part of Hot Springs. Highly recommend!”

“Everything was perfect for us. The owner communicated well and personally, both in advance of our visit and during our stay. The condo itself was immaculate, and very clean. The back patio onto the lake was just lovely. The condo is very well equipped - the kitchen had everything you could ever need, there was a great selection of snacks, and great local info brochures. They even had eclipse glasses and posters for us. It all felt very welcoming and comfortable; perhaps our best VRBO ever!”
