“Property is clean and exactly as described. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while exploring Hot Springs and don’t plan to spend a ton of time in your room this spot is great - bed, kitchenette, and bathroom and small table. No couch or soft seating which was not an issue for us given we were out and about except to sleep and get ready for our adventures. Great value for quality of room! ”

“Fun retro motel vibe and very clean. Neighboring properties look a little spooky but this one is a gem.”

“These are tiny little rooms. I was under the impression that would be a bit larger. There's also no pool access. However it is all in a good location not far from everywhere you need to get to. And there had been some remodeling done and updating done in the rooms especially like the mirror in the bathroom, the makeup mirror.”

“The unit was clean in the exception of the base boards, there was a dead fly next to the lamp and dusty by the bed. The bed was not comfortable! I could not sleep well due to the mattress sinking my partner and I in the middle of the mattress. My partner woke up with his back hurting. We were disturbed at nine o'clock A.M. by housekeepers when check out was not till 11. On a positive note...there were clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash available! The AC unit worked extremely……

“Decent place but the water was discolored and the TV was tiny and in a particularly hard spot for both beds to see. Very cute and clean room.”

“Hard to argue with the convenience and cleanliness of the stay. While it is a little distance from the main street it is still within walking distance for those that are ambitious. Last time I was in town I stayed at the Arlington Hotel and that was both expensive and unpleasant. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again. Definitely made for a better trip overall. Thank you very much ”

“Upon arrival had issue with keypad but staff saw me and helped me before I even asked for help. Great customer service! Price was great for and overnight stay and the room was spotless. Very comfortable. Recommend.”

“The place is very spacious for my family. We stayed for a dance competition, there’s a king bed as soon as you walk in the place. There’s TV, a sofa and a single sofa. Then the next part of the room is another king bed with TV, coffee table and chair. There’s no door separating the rooms. The third part of the room is the kitchen and dining area with a sofa bed. It’s long and spacious for what we need. The only concern I have was, there’s so many ants! The ants ate all of the food we brought.……
