“What an incredible stay! Plenty of space and many different comfortable gathering areas indoors and out. Tons to do - putting, swimming, hot tubbing, games, etc. Made a couple suggestions (enough forks, better towels, etc) to ensure a large group could be comfortable and keep the place 5 stars, but generally speaking it’s a wonderful vacation house. Would book again! ”

“It was a pleasant stay, if you are just looking for a place to spend the night its good. The bed was comfortable, the shower/bathroom was very small (one person at a time), the communication with the host was not great. On night 2, the Netflix account was not working and I texted her, never responded back so had to use our account - no issue there (they have a label saying to not log out of accounts) ”

“We stayed here for two nights while exploring Hot Springs National Park. We loved the layout of the house and appreciated how clean it was. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the relaxing views of the lake. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Everything was as described ..a perfect house for a large group. Beautiful view of the lake and I would definitely recommend. My only complaint was the master bedroom shower. It’s hard to figure out how to use and the water pressure was terrible. Other than that, everything was fine.”

“This is a lovely cottage in a tree lined neighborhood. Walking distance to the coffee shop. Short drive to trails and downtown. Communication was great with the owner. Not a fancy house but one with a great vibe to it. Super comfortable.There is no stove, though I assume that's in the description and it didn't bother me because we hadn't planned on cooking. There is a hot plate and a coffee maker. Highly recommend! ”
