“the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100. ”

“The location of this hotel is great, breakfast is nice, plenty of choice. The hotel itself is really nice. We had a suite and the room was huge. The only downside of this hotel is the sunbeds. There isn’t enough beds for everyone, the lifeguards walk around putting warnings on the bed if you’ve left it too long (even if your in the pool). If you put your towels out whilst going to breakfast or the shop I seen people come back to having no sunbed. It’s a shame for such a nice hotel but the sunbed……
