“We found that the apartment looked much more nicer in the photos than in reality. Besides it was announced 4 bedrooms, one with double sofa bed. There were 3 rooms with double beds, smaller than queen, and no sofa bed. Wje I complained he sent me an inflatable mattress that didn´t last inflated. This was a big issue for us, we were 5. It is well located, in nice neighborhood.”

“What a great rental space! One negative (hence the 4 stars) - the lack of hot water/water pressure. Even after reporting cold showers, lack of water in sinks and no water pressure from either, no action was taken which must mean that's just how it is. If your crew can adjust to all circumstances like mine, then this is the place for you. Our Concierges/Security- German and Both Juan's were amazing. They were available 24/7, met all our needs, came through with great recommendations, and……

“I had traveled with 9 men for an epic bachelor party weekend. This house had to be the perfect place to stay and host. Located 5 minutes from parque Lleras , many restaurants in walking distance. Miguel was our host for the weekend and was the absolute best. Anything we needed he was there for. Above and beyond service. The house itself was clean, huge and overall the perfect stay for our trip. ”

“It was a group of me and friends celebrating my 40th Bday...The host made sure everything went smoothly from the transport from the airport to responding instantly with any accommodations needed...the day and night staff was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable of many many questions we had...Trust when i say, i cant wait to visit again!!! “About two weeks from the actual vacation I began to get communications from Andres(host), so I already knew he would be a good host. Before arrival he set up our airport shuttle and had food/drinks ready at the house. The home is amazing and the staff are great. I had low expectations because I was worried about being let down. “Great large home on a quite residential street in a fantastic location, many shops very close by, coffee ect. You are only a 5 minute stroll on a quite street to so many fantastic restaurants . I like the neighborhood as you are with people that live there not tourists, Jacuzzi was a great place to relax. Uber at your doorstep. Great place to stay in a small or large group”
